PROJECTS
Blandine French, a PhD studen (with ADHD) at The Institute of Mental Health Nottingham, carried out a study on ADHD and the implications of the lack of awareness within primary care and discovered that out of 150 GPs 68% had received no training in ADHD. This led Blandine to create a psychoeducational tool for the training of GPs. The tool has been endorsed by the Royal College of General Practitioners.
ADHD and Women received a grant from the European Federation of Neurological Associations to launch a campaign to raise awareness of undiagnosed ADHD in women. They are looking for women throughout Europe to share their stories. If you would like to share your story, you will find details on their website.
